Ian Cole

Managing Director
Ian is co-founder of FCE Projects. He entered industry in 1997 after graduating with a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University. Ian oversees all financial, commercial and operational matters for the firm.

Sophie Hignett

Office & Infrastructure Manager
Sophie joined FCE Projects on a Business & Finance apprenticeship in 2011, and has gained AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting, NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, and NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. Sophie oversees all project coordination activities including buying, logistics and asset management.

H&S Director
Simon joined FCE Projects in 2007. He entered industry in 1995 after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Marine Studies and HND in Civil Engineering from Plymouth University. Simon oversees all Health & Safety matters for the firm.

Head of Major Projects
Dave joined FCE Projects in 2008. He has been in industry for over 40 years in positions of project management and quantity surveying. Dave project manages and oversees all our Major Projects works.

Tim is co-founder of FCE Projects. He entered industry in 1996 after graduating with a BSc in Civil Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, and later returned to complete an MBA in 2006. Tim is a Member of the Institute of Directors and oversees all environmental, social and governance matters for the firm.
