Every year, World Youth Skills Day highlights the importance of equipping young people with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in the workplace. This year’s theme, “Skills for a Shared Future”, recognises that developing both technical and professional skills is essential to building resilient industries and sustainable communities.
At FCE Projects, we believe that investing in people is one of the most valuable investments any business can make. Continuous learning not only supports individual career development but also strengthens the construction industry as a whole.
We’re proud to celebrate two colleagues who are developing their expertise in different ways while contributing to the same shared goal.
Congratulations to Andrew Fitzgerald on achieving his ProQual Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations (Construction) – General Construction. We’re also pleased to support Finlay Morse, who is continuing his Digital and Technology Solutions: Business Analyst degree apprenticeship, with completion expected in 2029. By developing digital, analytical and business skills, Finlay is helping strengthen the planning, collaboration and innovation that support successful project delivery from the office.ccessful project delivery from the office.
Both Andrew and Finlay demonstrate the diverse range of skills that today’s construction industry depends upon. From practical site operations to digital innovation and business analysis, every role plays an important part in delivering successful projects.
As the industry continues to evolve, developing the next generation of skilled professionals has never been more important. At FCE Projects, we’re proud to support colleagues who are committed to learning, growing and helping shape the future of construction.
Congratulations once again to Andrew and Finlay on your achievements. We look forward to seeing your continued success.
